What is Potential Consultant Rating?
The Potential Consultant Rating provides hiring organisations with an independent rating of a consultant's value. The ratings are collected annually from the consultants (self-rating) and from five of the consultants' clients (client rating). The self rating and client ratings are then consolidated to provide an independent and transparent picture of the consultant's value. Our rating system collects feedback on the following areas of critical importance to consulting:
- Subject area expertise
- Hiring costs
- Consulting skills and competencies
- Delivery capacity
- Contract practices
- Engagement management skills & competencies
- Project ratings (provided by clients only)
